Naval Museum (Terasses de Fontvielle, Monaco) — Monaco’s Naval Museum, founded in 1993, exhibits an extraordinary collection of over 250 model ships, paintings & maritime objects, dating from ancient times to the present day and enriched by the loan of numerous antique models from the personal collection of Prince Rainier III of Monaco.
In its entirety, the collection includes over 1,200 scale models, as well as hundreds of navy-related objects. Furthermore, over the last few years Professor Claude Pallanca has added to this unique collection with paintings illustrating ships and aircraft from World War II. Admission: €3 (adults), €2.50 (children), €2.50 per person (for groups of 10+ persons). Hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm daily.
